I just spent three days in Belize City as a panelist at Belize’s first Tourism and Marketing Summit and while being in the city was nice for a bit, I am thrilled to be back on Ambergris Caye for the next week. The winds have died down today and it’s definitely warm. Perfect time for fresh coconut and coconut water.
