Last week, I was back down in Belize to cover a tourism conference and I flew in a couple days earlier to visit friends and spend some time unwinding. The weather was some of the best I’ve ever seen and the water was so blue, calm, and crystal clear. Because I was working, I did not get to really hang out on the beach or go in the pool, but I spent a majority of time working at the bar with this view at my side.
